Second NPL Senior Home Game for 2016

14 Apr 2016 by Andrew Bozinovski

This Sunday 17th of April football returns to Magic Park for Round 2 of the Playstation 4 National Premier Leagues versus Lambton Jaffas FC. This fixture is also the Elders Charity Shield, with funds being raised in aid of the Westpac Rescue Helicopter Service. A special thank you to Steve Cucumanovski from Elders Real Estate Lambton for coordinating and sponsoring this event. There are plenty of opportunities to back this event by attending the match, purchasing raffle tickets or bidding in the auction items. Major presentations and auction to be held at the Duke Hotel from 5:20pm. So if you cannot make it to the game but wish to support this initiative please pop on over to The Duke Hotel on Sunday night.

Magic initiated the Charity Shield over 10 years ago and has raised over $40,000 for the Westpac Rescue Helicopter Service, $8000 for the Hunter Prostate Cancer Alliance and $6000 for Austism Spectrum Australia. Now back supporting our neighbours the Westpac Rescue Helicopter Service and played at our home fixture versus Lambton Jaffas, we are working together to make it a bigger event in 2016. Lambton took out the Charity Shield last year defeating us two goals to nil and we look to bounce back and reclaim the trophy.
GO MAGIC!!!
